The Planning Board and Board of Adjustment handles and approves applications of variances required for any building or add-ons within Wanaque Borough. Appointments and paperwork must go through Gerri Marotta, listed above.

The Planning Board meets the third Thursday of each month at 8:00 PM. The Board of Adjustment meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 8:00 PM. Both meetings are at Town Hall.
