COUNTY CLERK OUTREACH SERVICES- WANAQUE

The County Clerk's Office is a constitutional office as set forth in the New Jersey State Constitution. In Passaic County the office is comprised of the County Clerk Division, which includes the Election Division and Registry of Deeds Division. 

The County Clerk's office is located in the Passaic County Administration Building in Paterson and our Satellite office is located in Haskell (Wanaque). • Accept Mail-In Ballot Applications
• File Business Trade Name Certificates
• Full Passport Services
• Notary Registration/Renewal
• Notary Public Services
• Receive and Record Deed and Mortgage Documents
• Veteran's Identification Discount Cards to Passaic County Residents
