NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ABANDONED PROPERTIES
BOROUGH OF WANAQUE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on January 27, 2026, at 8 pm or soon after the Mayor and Council Meeting,
a public hearing will be held immediately prior to the Borough Council meeting.
The public hearing is an “Abandoned Property” hearing which will be conducted pursuant to
Ordinance Number 05-07-2025 which amended Ordinance Number 21-0-16, as codified in Section 88-3 of the Borough of Wanaque Code.
The hearing will be held at the Municipal Building
