**Please note that misses of any type (trash, yard waste, recycling, bulk) should be reported on the voicemail at 973-839-3000 x7100 the same day as the pickup is missed after 5pm. Please leave a message with your address, what was missed and your phone number. The contractor will be called early the first business day after the miss, and your item(s) will be taken that same day at some point. We will call you back only if there is a reason that your items were not picked up, such as being in the incorrect container.

QUICK REMINDER:

Commingled recyclables cannot be placed out for collection in bags. They must be loose in a can or bin in order to be collected.
